The District maintains approximately 7.7 acres of open space land situated throughout the Lupton Village Residential neighborhood. In addition, the District is responsible for maintaining the City-owned landscaping bordering the north side of Weld County Road 12 and both sides of South Rollie Avenue.
The open space land tracts are marked in green on the map to the left.
The District also owns and is responsible for maintaining the storm water detention area (which collect the storm water runoff from the streets) – located on the west end of the neighborhood just south of the City’s park.
