HOUSE PAINTING REQUESTS ONLY A picture of the neighboring house on each side of your house is included with the Design Request Form. In addition, a color swatch of the proposed colors for the body, trim and accent (i.e. doors/shutters) is included with the Design Request Form. (Also indicate the proposed color for the garage door.)

WINDOWS/DOORS PROJECT REQUESTS ONLY Included with the design request form is a brochure showing the color and style of the proposed replacement windows and/or doors. For windows, the design request form indicates whether the proposed new windows will have grids in the windows or will be grid-less windows.

You will receive a response within 48 hours from the District confirming your design request form has been received. If the District’s management company completes its review of your design request form and determines the information provided is complete, the District’s management company will forward your request to the Architectural Review Committee for review and consideration.
